This kit is a lyophilized nucleic acid detection reagent, pre-packed in fluorescent
PCR 8-strip tubes for the qualitative detection of Shigella Flexneri (SF) nucleic acid
in water, food, animal tissue and environmental samples, and is suitable for the auxiliary
diagnosis or detection of Shigella Flexneri.

The kit uses real-time fluorescence PCR detection technology to design specific primers
and TaqMan fluorescent probes with highly homologous regions in the whole genome of Shigella
Flexneri and realizes the rapid detection of Shigella Flexneri by performing real-time fluorescence PCR.
