One-Step RT-PCR Master Mix (with dNTPs) is 4 x One-Step RT-PCR Master Mix, which includes double-enclosed hot-start Super HTaq DNA polymerase, M-MLV reverse transcriptase (RNaseH-), MgCl2, dNTPs and optimized PCR buffer system, etc.. Its unique enzyme combination and buffer system ensure efficient and accurate reverse transcription and PCR reactions. It is suitable for Taqman fluorescent probe method for rapid detection of DNA and RNA. The 3' end of the RT-qPCR product amplified by this product has an "A" base attached, so it can be directly cloned into T-Vector; the RT-qPCR product is also suitable for sequencing identification.
