Verwendungszweck
This product is obtained by isolating the reverse transcriptase gene from Moloney Murine Leukaemia Virus (MMLV) in Escherichia coli after expression and purification for several times. It has the same function as natural MMLV, and it is a DNA polymerase with RNA-dependent enzyme, which is widely used in the synthesis of 1st-Strand cDNA, and it lacks the activity of RNase H, so it can be used for the synthesis of longer cDNAs.
